I can't even begin to explain in a few short words what a wonderful experience we recently had at Bostelman.Automotive of Spring Hill. From the initial phone call that I had with Josh to signing our final paperwork with Nathan they made our car buying process painless and seamless. Josh was so pleasant to work with. He was very responsive and answered every question we threw at him. Never at anytime did we ever feel pressured into a sale. This literally was one of best car buying experiences we have ever had. I worked with Dominic today and he was outstanding! Being the son of a car salesman who was in the business for 51 years I grew up around this life and knew exactly what to look for as a red flag. Within the first 30 seconds of speaking with him I could tell that this was probably going to be a different experience for me. He was more than willing to do a FaceTime video of my vehicle for me prior to me leaving to head to come see it. The vehicle was above my expectations and the financing process was quick and painless. The minute you drive up to this car lot you will get a good feeling inside not only due to their excellent inventory and cleanliness but the professionalism their staff exudes especially from Dominic. Not only am I thrilled with my experience they have earned my future business. Due to trying to surprise my daughter and being by myself Dominic offered to hand deliver her vehicle to my house personally which I have never seen before.
