Me and husband bought a truck 3 years ago from this company. My husband started having health problems and they worked with us on payments and was willing to change the dates to work with my work schedule pay never question just helped us out. I will always recommend this company for anyone no other car lot has ever showed more compassion to us than they have. Go see Stephen or Brittany at By Pass. I’m 32 and I bought my first car at 19. Since then I’ve had the WORST luck with dealerships. But this place.....OMG this place is amazing. They took such great care of me and gave me such a great deal. I couldn’t ask for better service. I advise anyone looking for a reliable car and good customer service to go see Steven. Everyone was very nice. Stephen Garland was amazing. My husband and I went Saturday to look at vehicles, Stephen made us feel at ease and comfortable with our car buying experience. He explained everything we needed to know, answered our questions and made us enjoy our conversation with him. For once car buying was not a hassle or stressful. We would gladly buy another vehicle from Bypass!
My experience at Premier was 5star, Brittney is the most polite, caring, kindhearted person i have ever dealt with as far as buying cars off of a carlot, she is such a great listener, i truly hate that i put her in the middle of myself and my husband's problem we are going through, but even in that, she is so Professional, Her attitude is Awesome: Thank you so much Brittney you will go places higher because of how you treat people!!!!!!!
