Have a good playground for kids but seems like people also use it for other activities as evidenced by bottle glass, foil squares, possible medical stuff and other random litter. It wasn't EVERYWHERE but it was enough for me to always be watching the ground where we were waking. No parking lot except a drive across the street. The actual slides, etc were pretty good and had some features I hadn't seen in other playgrounds.
