We hired Boom to paint a new screen door, our front porch ceiling/railing/floor, our deck railing and our front steps. Throughout the process, Santiago was terrific. He came to the house to see what we wanted done, provided a written bid shortly after, scheduled a date, had a crew member out to do the work (which took a few days), stayed in touch via text regularly, and came out the last day to confirm all was done according to plan. The person who came out to do the work was really nice to have at the house for a number of days - very skilled, friendly, fun to chat with, considerate of our space, and double-checking on specifics before starting in when appropriate. I'm a big fan of Boom now and will be talking with them soon about doing work on our deck, based on the experience we had in hiring them to paint.

Santiago is one of the most professional contractors I have worked with. He quickly responded to my request for a bid, and once accepted, he got my project going within a few days. At my request, he kindly got the materials at an out-of-the-way lumberyard that had a great deal on the lumber that was required.
