I have been trying to get them to honor our lifetime warranty on our roof for about two months and they will not return my calls. The roof is now leaking worse than when we put in our first claim. I just do not know why they are flat out ignoring us. We called them in July for an estimate for a deck rebuild and they were very prompt. I guess they just want to sell things and not honor their prior work.
