Kind, courteous and helpful. Unfortunately not many pickup trucks to choose from as during normal times. Apparently problem is not from dealers, but lack of stock from manufactures.

Went in to have an oil change and see why we were losing oil. We were told we needed a new 8000 motor. We have an H2 Hummer. We said...no. Since then we have driven it to Washington state and had the oil changed at Firestone in Kennewick Washington and at T Town Chevrolet in Tulsa after the AC unit ceased up. Both Firestone and T Town Chevrolet said there was nothing wrong with the motor!! There was a small leak that was also fixed in Tulsa solving the oil leak we originally went to Hatcher-Brownsville Chevrolet for. Very disappointed that a local small town dealer would attempt to take advantage of one of their citizens. We will never go back and defiantly never recommend them to anyone! Honestly and credibility must always go first in our book! Just wonder how many people have been treated the same way, but accepted the unneeded service?
Truck was there for a month. Dashboard was cracked while in their care and they refused to fix it and said the cold weather must have cracked it. Replaced two accuators that they said was stripped when they put the new ones in and charged me again approximately $700.00 because it was a different service manager. Been dealing with the dealership for over 20 years and will now find a new dealership to buy my cars and get my vehicles serviced. Very disappointed.
