Very happy with the service I received. John told me what everything would cost before doing any work. They also took care of some recall work I hadn't been notified of yet.
Had ran over a ladder on the interstate doing 70 . assistance came to accident and got me back on interstate but in need of service. Called home and they got me the number to this dealership. Called and this very nice guy gave me directions to there dealership and told me he would wait on me. Got there in plenty of time and they started accessing the damage. They had to order new tire . They were wonderful , nice people that really cares about there customers. Thank you
Well, the last 2 vehicles we had,we return to the company then came to Sharp. For yrs, we've always had older vehicles from 2008 or before.nSo,we both decided after all the years, we've been through so much,dealt with so many negative things through the years,too.nAnyways, the 1st time we got my new 1 time pre-owned 2017 vehicle a few mths ago.nI love it ud83dudc9e!!! Then just a couple days ago,we get Paul's new 1x pre-owned 2012 vehicle & he really likes it!nWe used the same salesman & manager who are 2 very awesome guys, Ty Garrett & Doug Dickson.nWe would send everyone wanting & looking for new & better vehicles to Sharp Motor Co. in Pulaski, TN.nTHANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!!!
Loved building looks like old buildings but it's not, great service
