This is a horrible company. Their tanks are covered in graffiti, they are unprofessional, and they come up with magical pricing figures that make no sense. How can a bill jump from $200 to $700 with out any change in service? Highway robbery. I won't pay it, I absolutely refuse. I would recommend someone literally freeze to death than do business with these dishonest, unprofessional, incompetent, mathematically impaired charlatans. They are not BBB accredited and can not be trusted. If I had the option I would give them negative stars. Here's to hoping they file bankruptcy. This parasite company needs to go.
Wouldn't recommend this company their trucks was neighbor's house ask the driver he would fill up our tank portable he would not 10 degrees outside.
Jason Murphy’s review is referring to the account of Brandi Sears (this is me) and yes this did happen. Lady started rattling off some random charges that equaled right under 500 bucks more than I had anticipated paying.
Just remember that if you get gas with them they charge 5.00 dollars more a month if you don't have them paid off. I called and explained to them bout my mother in law and mother passing and they don't care that is pretty much what they said. Anyways if you go with them make sure you pay them off right then or you will be charged 5.00 a month even if you are making payments with them. They lied and said they can transfer gas out of my mother's tank to mine for 75.00 dollars and when they guy called today they could not do that. And it was also going to be more money added after them telling me it would only me 75.00. If you don't want to get robbed I would not go with them.
