Linda is an amazing instructor. She has a genuine love for her work and passion for those who attend her classes. The studio is clean, serene and somewhere I could and zen for a few hours.
Thoroughly enjoyed my time at Innovative Yoga from the moment I entered her doors. The owner , Linda is personable and knowledgeable. Her friendly greeting welcomes you and has you feeling like a friend.No matter where you are in your practice you would benefit. I will be back!
For my birthday my husband gave me an aerial yoga therapy package to Integrative Yoga Therapy. It is my third week going there and learning the proper techniques and form to be able to use my own yoga swing at home. In just that short amount of time, I am becoming more comfortable with performing the stretches in my personal swing at home. The ladies that work here are gentle, kind, and wonderful teachers. I drive 2 towns away to come here and believe me when I say, it is worth it! The studio is immaculate, clean and inviting.I immediately feel stress melt away and relaxation take over upon walking into the studio. I look forwardnto learning more from these wonderful ladies.
