I will say I was not looking forward to car shopping. Car salesman would give me a migraine. But today my thoughts of them has changed 100% we met Scott today and I have never will go to anyone else. He was amazing friendly and most importantly not pushy. The whole staff was so friendly I would recommend everyone to go there. I had such an amazing experience thanks you guys are awesome. Warren, our salesman today was phenomenal! He was so knowledgeable and pulled every string possible to get us into the exact vehicle we wanted even though our down payment was less than what they required. He doesn't care about your past. Warren even repaired all the things we spotted today before we even drove off the lot. Amelia, our account manager, is super sweet. Talking to her was just like talking to an old friend. She made the whole paperwork process easy, convenient and understandable. She actually took the time and explained the entire contract in lay-mans terms. I highly recommend. These folks will go the extra mile to make everything rite when you get a ride from them. Ohh, did I mention that they also have a wonderful warranty for all rides on the lot. That's AWESOME 4sure

I've been a customer with Family Auto of Easley for almost going on 2 years and I must say I'm truly beyond satisfied with their service especially with what recent events that happened to me involving the weather over the weekend and worrying about getting into another vehicle. I give a huge thank you to Don the general manager, Amelia,Philip,and Erin(Male) for giving such awesome service and for working with me when I tell them in advance if I have an issue. You guys rock and I just can't thank you enough.

I didn't want to leave 1 star but had to so I can give my review, but he goes my horror story we bought a 2014 nissan versa note we had that car for 2 months and the whole transmission blew up so they had us waiting for over 3 weeks for a new transmission but they never found one so then as we are desperately needing another car for work they sold us another car a Toyota Camry and gave us a higher payments well again 3 months later it stated shaking and not picking up speed long story short the motor blew up so I do not recommend wasting your time or money here we went to mckinney dodge of Easley and got a 2021 mazda 3 and the payments were $50 dollars cheaper again go see kalil at mckinney dodge they won't cheat you like this place .
