I completely enjoyed my car buying experience at Brockman yesterday! I was checking online for local used cars for sale and found one I loved right in Easley! I went by last Saturday to look at it, and I was immediately asked if I wanted the key to take a look inside. I was very interested after taking that look, and went back the following Monday. I called 30 minutes ahead to let them know I was coming, and when I arrived, Steve, the same man who had helped us Saturday, was there waiting for me with the key to take it for the test drive. I was very happy after, so we went to the office to talk turkey. Steve was very helpful and answered all my questions and worked with me on the fine details. He even found me a great warranty when we discovered that the one on the car had expired! This was my first experience buying a car and he made it as smooth and fun as possible. I would definitely recommend checking out their lot and working with these fine people! Thank you so much Steve! (Hey, Steve's boss, I think he deserves a raise!) ;) I am VERY happy with my Ford Fiesta!
I went with my son today to look at a jeep they had on the lot and the sales team there was so easy to talk to and work with. He ended up getting the jeep and the entire experience was great from start to finish. If you're looking to purchase a used vehicle that is very clean and deal with down to earth people this is definitely the place to go!!
