I asked if the hot and ready were fresh was told yes when I arrived at work with the pizza looked like they had been there for awhile

If anyone at this location is reading this, for God's sake will y'all please learn what a crazy combo is? It comes with bread sticks and sauce, not just bread. This is not the first time this has happened

Horrible general manager with no customer service experience whatsoever. I just called since I placed my order at 8:24, delivery time was supposed to be 9:00-9:05. It’s 9:25 and my order never arrived. I called to see if my order was ready so I can just pick it up since I literally live 6 minutes away. Having worked my 3rd shift - 12 hours long at the hospital and wanted to come home and enjoy some pizza with my family, yet instead the woman who answered said the order had been ready 15 minutes ago and they are refunding me now. I asked her not to do that and since they are still in the store, I asked if it was ok to just pick the order up since again they are still at the store. Next thing you know a man was put on the phone and he seemed very annoyed already... I asked him if my order was ready he immediately interrupted me to say it was ready 10 minutes ago and DoorDash didn’t show up, I asked if I could just pick my order up and he interrupted AGAIN, then I tried to explain how if they had my order ready 15 minutes ago it would of been nice just to call me I would of just picked it up. It’s not a big deal and they still have my food in the store I can pick it up! well he didn't even let me finsih he interrupted again practically yelling at me stating “we refunded your order” and to “take it up with doordash”.nI called and asked to pick up my order I definitely was not trying to be inconsiderate at all and I didn't interrupt nor was I rude at all but he continued to make smart comments and insisted it was doordash who messed up and never showed up. Common sense would have been 15 minutes ago to call your customer and just let them know they are getting a refund or they can pick the order up or doordash didn't show up. There was no need to be rude, basically yell at me and make smart comments while I'm sure the woman who answered the phone also listened. Looks like he is used to dealing with complaints and unhappy customers by his response when I never intended that. If he would of listened instead of interrupting and making himself look like a fool and making smart comments so the other employees could hear him he would of understood that I was trying to pick my food up. It started to snow about 35 minutes ago and it's 9:55 now. So closing wasn't a last minute decision. Will definitely be the last time.
