Possibly the worst experience I have had to endure in a long time. Walked in and the place was a mess. No professionalism about them at all. Lady started entering my data and had me sign everything up front. When she was done ( didn’t take long but the breaks between other tax preparers not know what they was doing and dealing with us), she said it was $673.00 dollars and I like to have thrown up !!!! Then she had a mistake on the filing that she corrected which reduced my refund again by a very large amount. After she took my money she explained that if there was any issues that Liberty Tax Service would stand behind me and help me with the IRS if need be. Five days later I get a letter from the state claiming that there is a problem with my return and how it was filed. I took the letter to Liberty Tax Service and she said she didn’t know what it meant but her regional manager would call me ASAP . Needless to say , she didn’t and we are going on an additional 5 days. I had to call the IRS and straighten it out myself and reported Liberty Tax Service to their fraud division and now I am gonna contact the BEtter Business Bureau along with Consumer beware. They are a major rip off !!

Still have not received this year's taxes they messed up my return and made me wait a month to fix it because they said it was right now it's June and they won't return my calls and I still don't have any idea when or if I'm even getting any taxes and the manager is worse person there this Is the worst tax company around for sure
