Pagliacci is amazing. Single slices are fantastic. Prices are great, and locations are all over Seattle. Stamp card is a great idea. Highly recommended.
I had called in for a medium pizza a couple months back but I forgot to leave a review. I have actually never wrote a review but the service was super amazing :) my pizza was slightly burned but the gentleman took the initiative to make me a new one, so I had to wait a little bit which was ok. He gave me a drink and a gift card to compensate for my time! Thank you!! Great service here and the pizzas are delish ud83dude42
Like their pizza but their services leave something to be desired. I pick up one or two cheese slices at their Summit location like twice a week, and they almost never have slices out. It's always an 8 minute wait. Would it kill them to have more out? It tastes fine reheated. They are almost always out of cheese when I come and it's a small thing but aggravating. Also their consistency varies a bit too much (how long the pizza was heated, to be specific.) Their employees seem stoned half the time.
Pizza is my favorite food, and although I've eaten a lot of great pizza, I never had a favorite until I ate Pagliacci Pizza. Their ingredients are fresh, the flavors are fantastic, and you can taste the love and pride that goes into their food.nnAlso, several times they've included little gifts in my delivery orders like free cookies or candies. To support local businesses during Covid-19 they partnered with businesses and included special giveaways with orders. And their delivery drivers are always on-time and very nice.nnNot only is their food amazing, but they have great customer service and they care about the local community. If I ever move away from Seattle, I will miss eating Pagliacci Pizza.
Great pizza and a good covid pickup system to go into the store only after you get a text.
