My coworkers and I all love this place! Every single thing on the menu is unique and full of flavor. You won’t be disappointed! The Japanese Vegetable Curry rice bowl is my favorite comfort food, and the matcha cookies are delicious as well. Long live Koku ud83dudc95ud83dudc95ud83dudc95

Pleasantly surprised. Yummy bowls and pretty big portions. Vibe inside was a little different than I expected but takeout was easy and we both ate every bite. I’ll be back!

This place is killer. Only spot I've found in the US that offers rooibos cappuccinos and espresso. If you've never tried this caffeine free South African drink, you're missing out. Their selection of breakfast foods is excellent. Love both the sandwich and the Okonomiyaki.

Love this place. Been several times and always high quality. Really tasty food. Nice selection of comfort foods. As well as some keto friendly options: substitute arugula for rice.

I moved to Seattle, October of 2019 to catch up with an old high school classmate at Koku. Right away, I really enjoyed the environment there. Being a business owner and digital nomad, I started to become a regular there to get some work done, grab some coffee and some amazingly healthy handcraft meals from the owner, Kurt, himself. His staff is friendly, and you can tell they have been able to create an awesome work environment.nnI also really enjoyed getting to know Kurt, his experiences, and his passion for food. There's a lot that goes into his craft behind the counter as a chief at Koku that really makes you appreciate the food there even more. The food is SOOOO good, it's even better once you're able to know more of the story behind it.nnI highly recommend adding Koku to your list of great eats!
