I ordered a 3 piece and 4 piece meal. Both meals were missing a piece of fish and hush puppies.I ordered at 8:16 and called back at 8:51. I explained what was wrong with my order and manager stated that she would replace 2 pieces of fish and hush puppies. I called back and asked if I could have my whole order replaced, due to the rest of my order being cold. I stated that I would bring back entire order. She stated that she would do it but any other manager wouldn’t, because of the time frame that had lapsed. I told her I work in fast food and I know the procedures. When we got to the restaurant the line was backed to the road. I called and asked was the dining room open and she said it just closed. I stated that I would be back in the morning because I wasn’t staying in that line again. She stated that she would be there in the morning and I stated that’s fine, I’ll speak with you and someone else. I’ve never had any issues until tonight and I am very dissatisfied. I ate the food that I had due to no other choice. I don’t have to have a replacement of all my food but I would like food that was left out.I have receipt and pictures of food.

I went by there today around 3:00 the young lady at the widow was very nice the food was great I will be back

Staff act like your interrupting their time when taking your order. If you ask for condiments it's not I put 3 in the bag....it's always them walking off making rude comments like I knew what was in the bag. Hush puppies fried so long they were un edible....okra and funnel cake tasted 1 in the same.... Not a good experience for your money

Ordered white fish and shrimp skewers I got home the first bite of fish I took was way undercooked I stared feeling sick called them and changed my order to something else went to go get in my car and just threw up. Needless to say I won't be going back.
