Awesome food. very reasonably priced. This was my first time trying fried ribs. I don't know who thought of breading them and frying them like chicken, but they are a genius. Hands down the best black eyed peas ever. The mac n cheese, yams, cornbread and chocolate cake were great too. My husband enjoyed his meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, mac and vanilla cake. The chef was very friendly. He gave me some black eyed peas to go. He is also the talented artist behind the artwork for the restaurant. We'll definitely be back.
Seriously everything they make is so good. Wonton collard greens? Slammin’. Mac and cheese? Bangin’. Fried fish? To die for. French fries? Perfection.
Food was excellent the first few times we ate there. Started going down hill recently and has been closed since Thanksgiving. We will try again if they reopen.
Great place to eat. Food was really good. Pricees are very reasonable. Can't wait to come back to try the breakfast. Staff was very nice as well.
