Fantastic service, from start to finish! Renee, whom I spoke with when scheduling our re-key, was wonderfully friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly. Stan, the locksmith who did the work, was friendly, respectful, and very, very knowledgeable. He discussed all the work prior to starting the job, gave us several options when it came to deciding whether to replace or rekey several locks, and discussed other prudent and cost-saving home security measures with us. When we had difficulty with hardware about a month after the re-key (hardware that another company had installed), Stan came out *within 30 minutes* and fixed the issue right away, giving us a cost-efficient solution. This is a company that is invested in serving the local community. We highly recommend them!
Not to be overlooked- this shop offers expertise and advice that you will not get at the big box stores.nSave yourself a ton of hassle with hardware stores, these guys only do locks and keys so they offer friendly and professional service, be sure to call them for any rekeying, lock replacement, upgrades, key copies, etc!
