Automated kiosk that seems to work pretty well! I paid for two copies of a key and got a third one free.
Initially I had a pretty poor experience where the key cut didn't work. After reaching out to customer service, the swiftly apologized and refunded me the charge. I gave them a second try perhaps 20 minutes later and the second key worked perfectly. I must have gotten unlucky the first time. The customer service here is what made this a great experience.
Got two sticker fob copies 3 months ago. Put them on back of my phone and wife phone. Worked great, well up till I peeled off mine and moved it for the 3rd time. Mine stop working after that but wife's still works great. Contact coustom service to find out if I messed it up and they just gave me a discount on replacing it. They were great. I even found one closer to home.
I copied 2 keys and a fob and they all work great! I didn't even know it was possible to copy a fob!
The kiosk was placed in an odd spot... right in the line where people would check out and I was in the way of several customers waiting. Keys were fine and worked. They weren't as clean cut as going to a full service place that buffs them as well.
