The park it self is wonderful but the road in needs a little work done

Visited a friend here. Clean. Lots of kids and families. Driveway needs paving due to giant potholes. Homes are only feet away from each other, makes for a claustrophobic experience. Decent place to live if privacy isn't that important to you.

Drove by and decided to take a look at the place. A resident saw me looking around and started to talk to me. I would definitely not want to rent here with the rent being that high. Also, the person showed me their place. It made me turn around quickly and walk out of the place. Look at other places to rent or just buy your own mobile home on a plot of land

Just went to browse around since they were leasing.. Well as i went to turn around..two guys came out of no where questioning me on what i was doing there..like they owned the place or something..i definitely didn't feel comfortable with that..and I'm pretty sure i wouldnt even rent here...the trailers are so close together and you have no yard at all...Its too crowded for me && my family...
