Food was as expected here. The card reader wasn't working. Another person paid part of my bill. Only had $10 cash with me. So grateful to him. Waffle House said just pay the $10 I had. He paid the rest. We were blessed today from Waffle House and this stranger. Paying it forward next time too.nThanks for the help.
DISGUSTING! There were only 3 occupied tables and every single other seat had dirty dishes at it. The floor looked like it hadn't been moped in days and trash was everywhere. One waitress just stood around on her phone the entire time. Our waiter was good but he was trying to do both jobs. The cook was good though.
I had to put 1 star so I could comment. This store is disgusting. The food was made so fast I got an egg dumped into the container and found plastic in my grits after eating almost all of it. NO ONE KNOWS WHEN OR WHERE THE PLASTIC WENT INTO MY FOOD. And no telling how many people ate mysterious plastic today. Enjoy a very nasty environment next time you stop in waffle house Hyatt st. I wouldn't want to see the house upkeep from these workers and all of them think they are handling food correctly.
I called in a to-go order and the food was great and everything was correct. Plus I didn't have to ask for utensils, straws or butter. I left a grateful tip on account of it. Great place
