The drive-through was packed & the lines all the way around the building at just 10 minutes until closing. The employees were still very kind and apologized several times for the wait. Food was still hot and fresh! Love Chick-fil-A!

Completely unorganized. One hand didn't know what the other one was doing. The only reason why I went there was Burger King was closed. Should have kept going down the interstate to a different one. Other than that the food was great as usual. I love the bacon and egg biscuits!

The line here moves super fast despite being out to the road. It's a work of art. However, I feel like I am supposed to just arbitrarily know the entire menu off the top of my head. There is no way to see the menu from where the order taker processes the order. You kind of feel rushed and trapped at no fault of the employee but the system that corporate has established. I feel guilty if I ask to see a menu. You feel like you should just blurt out what you know so you don't hold up the massive line forming behind you. I like to eat something different if I go to the same restaurant. However, I end up ordering the same spicy sandwich with pepper jack cheese because I know people behind me would like to eat too. It's really hard, and illegal, to look at a cellphone while driving down the road to make sure you're getting what your taste buds desire before you get there. Every Chik Fil A should install menu boards further back in the line so people can better decide what they want.

Trying to do too much with too little. Couldn't find order and then gave wrong order. Had to pull up and wait and then still got wrong order. Food should have been free. Not standard Chic fil A service at all.

My favorite thing from Chick-fil-a is their spicy lunch filet on a biscuit. The sweet biscuit with the spicy filet is quite possibly food perfection. My heart was broken when I arrived at the Gaffney location only to be told that they do not accommodate this request. If you get the chance, visit the Taylors, Greer and Greenville locations and try this delicacy for yourself. There is an upcharge for it making the meal just over $8 but it is so worth it!nnGaffney, please reconsider offering this to your costumers.
