We were charged $700 to do our taxes for 2018 and 2019. Simple only 2 w-2s. Our taxes weren't accepted and we didn't get 1 phone call. Now our 2019 taxes are late, I have to do them myself. When my husband went back to get them fixed. He was told he would have to pay the $700 out of pocket because they didn't take it out of the refund we never got. I wouldn't return if my life depended on it.
