First experience at Jimmy John's in for my mother and I. We had the Italian night club and the beach club. The friendly staff cut them in half so we could share. After eating S****y for so long I now have a sub shop that I will return to. Absolutely yummy ud83dude0b

They used to be excellent but the last 3 experiences with them have been very disappointing. Incorrect orders every time. And the toppings are skimpy at best. 3 strikes, you're out.

They have gotten my order wrong everytime I have ordered, and I mean everytime! I tell them what I want on my sandwich and they add cucumbers and guacamole, every single time! My advice is to pay attention to what the customer wants on the sandwich, and ONLY put what they order on the sub.

The foods great. The staff couldn’t be bothered. A week ago I was there @10:30 am to be told at the drive thru window that they open @11 ( website says10am). At 8:50 PM tonight I placed an online order for pick up. I immediately went to the drive-through and they told me they were closed and I said well I just placed an order they hemmed and hawed and said they couldn’t find it and then I told them that it showed that it went through. I pull up to the window and I said what time do you close? The guy told me “9 o’clock on the dot”. It was 8:55 PM all the lights were out and I got my sandwich with a lot of attitude on the side. I
