Quick service, fresh, Great customer service! Friendly employee's and well educated on their products sold!! Also read back my order to make sure it was taken correctly before making fresh! Which I love!nBest pizza! Great prices! Great menu and alot to choose from! Its very hard to pick just a couple pizzas, You will want to try it all. Love it ud83dude00!!

I was very disappointed in the service that I received tonight. I placed a carry out order. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, the pizza had not been made. An hour later I arrive back home with a pizza that I was not even offered at a discounted price. I haven't eaten Papa John's in Anderson in quite some time. It's safe to say it will be even longer before I go back there!

Location is tight and busy making me feel rushed and the customer service a litte impersonal. Food was great.

I ordered pizza last Saturday night (9/12), and the location I was at was a Belton address, but I was right behind 81, only 15 minutes from the location. The app said that the location would deliver but the young lady on the phone said they wouldn’t because of the Belton address. I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke with Gage, a manager in training. He took our order and had it delivered to us and everything was spot on. Just want to show appreciation and acknowledge his efforts. Thanks, Gage!
