I used to come here to help my aunt find different weave and hair products. But for the last several months now I have been coming here to get products for me and my girls. EVERYTHING that I need for my dreadlocks they have. My teenage girls are always buying their earrings and fingernail polish during each visit lol. Different weave colors that BW have, you will not find them at other hair stores in Anderson. You can get in and out quickly if you know what you need. Its a big store and everything is ALWAYS organized.

I usually always shop here and never have any problems. But this day in particular I was treated very unkindly and very rudely. I was nicely greeted when I walked into the store, I knew what I came in for which was a wig mind you it’s a big beauty supply store with many options so it’s hard to make quick decisions I made my way to the wigs where I had narrowed my choices down to three wigs I was asked keep in mind “ asked” if I needed help finding the same wig on the mannequin which I was already looking for on my own I was asked this by the man owner he helped me find the wig and I had him help me find the other option I wanted before he left so I wouldn’t have him running around for me he helped me find the two wigs with no problem and I was planning on getting them both but as I took my time to look because there is so many options I came across another wig I wanted to purchase I asked for his assistance to help me find the wig he did with no problem but he didn’t have the same color I asked if I could still see that one bc it looked similar to what I was asking for he gave me the hair and I continued to look at the wigs I had in my hand trying decide from my options or to get them all the owner then got mad at me because I hadn’t decided and I told him I would be gladly to come checkout when I have decided he said ok as he walked off he had words he wanted to share and they were is this a prank this is a place of business I asked him to clearly restate his statement I made it clear that I did not have a YouTube channel and this indeed was not a prank and I understand that he’s running a buisness I repeatedly asked him to leave me alone in peace so I could make up my mind to check out he claims I had him running around looking for wigs when we were only in one section and I only had him come from behind the register once because I desperately couldn’t find the wig I wanted It’s his job to ensure his customers find what they need so I feel I was in no wrong to want what I see and what I like but as he proceeded to harass me after I said nothing to him I kindly told him I could buy all three of the wigs but his service was so bad he could have them back he yanked them out my hand and I calmly walked out the store this incident really made my whole day bad and I will never step foot in this so called business again I would give zero stars if any
