I had gone to this Salon about 3 weeks ago and had an appointment with Emily Reed to transition my hair from a brown/red color back to blonde. I talked to her and sent pictures of my hair before scheduling my appointment to make sure she could give me what I wanted. We booked a 3 hour session for what was supposed to be highlights and a trim in which I ended up with multicolored bleached hair. The underside of my hair is pretty damaged, my cut is choppy, uneven and way too short— I had hair down to my mid back it’s now 5 inches shorter. She did admit she left the bleach on my hair for too long because she didn’t think about how I already had blonde underneath my brown color. Disappointed to say the very least considering I had expressed deep concern to the stylist about having healthy hair.
Love this salon and Katie always does an excellent job!
