I usually have a good experience at spinx, except for today! I go to the register to pay and the girl at the register (her name was either Samantha or Savannah, I can't remember which) ask if I wanted to donate my loose change, and I said no not today! Well she only gave me the dollar bills but not the change. I just left without saying any thing because I didnt want to cause a scene! Its just the principal of it!!! They need to be aware of this because they should not have anybody like her working in customer service!!!

Extremely disappointed to hear about an employee denying service to a policeman when he was just trying to get lunch. That’s really sad! This is employee has no right to bring personal bias to work, proud of how the officer handled it, but very disheartened by this employees actions, we have to do better!

1 star for the way employees treat police officers. Don’t assume all cops are bad. Management should address this behavior.
