I’ve had a bad experience with one employee that refuses to process a bill pay. I love the convenience of being able to pay my duke power bill here. Most of the time I have no problem with it. Occasionally the system is down it happens. I’ve gone in there twice and one of the employees told me I couldn’t pay my duke power bill because of a security breach with duke. She said it wasn’t their computer So I asked if I could get a money order then and she refused to even do that for me. There was no security breach otherwise I’m pretty sure I would have been contacted about it. She straight up lied to me just so she didn’t have to take care of it. It was the same person both times I had this issue with. There is one out of three employee that gives good customer service though
