Sugar was not added in cappuccino. When asked it was not given in time but directed only via drive through. By the time sugar was supplied and added the Hot content become chill. Thus rendered no use of it's purpose.
Super busy, there seemed to be 4 ppl taking orders or handing them out. Only 1 batista was actually making our drinks. He was awesome to watch! He knew what needed to be done, making 2 and 3 drinks at a time! I was amazed. I wish I knew his name. He was a tall, thin guy.
Ordered a mobile order online. Paid extra for all of the fancy works. Got to the store, was completely ignored along with 6 other people in the store. My drinks had been sitting on a counter for 20 minutes before being handed to me. Completely melted. Ignored. Absolute waste of $15. Poor customer experience.
I used to go to this location all the time. Nearly every day. Especially when I was in school. It was a good location to study. The service was always mediocre, but it was usually kinda quiet. I stopped going after I had one singular employee always mess up my order. It never failed. It felt like a personal vendetta to me. So I just stopped going. Fast forward 2 years later and I’m still getting the same mediocre service. I’d much rather go downtown to E-City Java.
One of my neighbors works here and got to meet her and see her. She's the best. Love anything Starbucks!
