The sales staff is so knowledgeable and patient. Never felt rushed or pressured. The service team goes above and beyond to make sure you know every single detail about your model. The finance team was thorough and transparent. The owner was on the show floor greeting customers and making sure everyone felt welcome.nOur family traveled from across the state to come to this facility and it was the best decision. WE WILL BE BACK for quality service and any upgrades we make in the future. We will also be recommending them to friends and family.

My husband and I had a small camper, we were looking for a bigger one to take on our two week vacation. They didn’t have any in stock that we were interested in. However, they had one show up and as soon as they did they called and sent pictures immediately. They were all super nice and very helpful. Thank you all for being so kind and great!

Just moved to Bartlesville from out of state and on my own, so I have no one to drop me off or pick me up. I had them put a hitch on my Ford Transit Connect passenger van. They had to order the hitch and called me when it came in. I was able to get a ride from them back to my house after I dropped the van off, but I chose to walk the 50 mins back to them to pick up the van. Unfortunately they didn't do the wiring the same time as the hitch so I had to go back the next day to have it done. They didn't charge me for labor to do the wiring and I chose to stay and look at the trailers that day instead of getting a ride or walking. Got the van home and hooked up the wiring to make sure it was working correctly. Something went wrong and it ended up frying my body command module. I had to take it to Ford and have that replaced. Called Bell back and they are paying for the body command module. Apparently wiring for the transit's has to be special and can't just be hooked up to taillights. So, after all is said and done Bell is taking care of me. I wouldn't be afraid to buy from them or get service.
