I can't say enough about how wonderful and authentic this place is. We went there twice during my 4-day stay and the service is personable and fantastic not to mention the food. They go out of their way to make it a great experience and definitely set the bar

Seated immediately... In the most disgusting air I've had to breathe in my life. It's as if the entire crew chain-smoked cigarettes the entire night with the doors and windows closed. It's horrific. Surely one cannot even tastes the food, am I the only one to notice this??? Eyes burning from the nicotine in the air. Left immediately, will have to burn my clothes ...

Chips tasted like old cooking oil. Salsa tastes like tomato sauce. Fajitas were mostly onion & pepper. Not a good experience

My bank card has not left my hand in over 3 weeks, and I've had no problems. The waitress at El Maguey took my card to the back to run it and 18 hours after paying for our meal, EDUARDO MONROY in Charlotte NC at 3:00 A.M., tried to buy a TV and another $1200.00 worth of merchandise! Thanks to my bank all transactions were caught. The food was good, prices were to high, and I will NEVER take my card back to this place..... EVER!!!!!

It was good. My wife an I have eaten there before a couple years ago, so when we were that way again we made sure we ate there again. Margaritas are good too. Drink responsible.
