Ordered sliced brisked and pulled pork. Got chopped brisket mixed up with pulled pork like salad. Called – was told several time to wait. Was staying on the line for 5 minutes – person verified something with management. Finally, was told if I want to exchange, I need to bring brisket back tonight. Really? Tonight? I have already parked my car and had been having dinner with my family. Don’t care about money, but Servile is poor.
I'm just lucky to live in the same town as Dink's. Love this BBQ place. Brisket is second to none, and the sauce is ooh-la-la! Great place to buy dinner to-go for the fam, or get the HighNoon for lunch with half a sandwich and a rib. Staff is always friendly and the place is clean.
We have been going here for at least the last 20 years. It never disappointments. Foods great staff is amazing.
Very tasty sliced brisket and ribs. For my taste, the barbecue sauce is too sweet, needs more vinegar and some clove. And speaking of vinegar, wooooo, the cole slaw tastes like pure vinegar. Needs salt, pepper, mayonnaise, a tiny bit of sugar. I've had other cole slaw at various BBQ joints in Oklahoma, so I think it's a Dink's thing, not a regional thing. Fries are flimsy, curly, bland, need seasoning.
Two words: Pulled Pork! So good! Started with onion strings (huge order, we got a 1/2 order for 4 people and there was plenty) BBQ sauce was so good as was their ranch. Delicious
