The morning staff is excellent. Great service... food well cooked. The after 9 PM staff needs to replaced!!! Waited for over 20 minutes... not one person came to check the entry way. Over five tables of people was waiting for a representative to come and sit everyone... I go to check... all kinds of open seats... one waitress could be seen on the floor... continued to wait... After waiting 30 minutes 3 different families left... absolutely no service was given :(
Service dog friendly. They respect federal laws that protect disabled people. Good breakfast and lunch menu. Clean inside and out. Coffee, coffee, coffee refills.(( This breakfast location in Bartlesville is not like the others in town. (They respect and promote all people.) They wear mask while preparing and serving your food.))
IHOP has the best pancakes ud83eudd5e EVER!!!! I work here and I'm loving it ok so far. We really need new employees, if interested in working in the restaurant field, please text pancakes to 85000, and add Richard Allen Goodman III as a reference.
The ticket was misplaced, so it took awhile to get our food. But the Hostess was VERY NICE, SHE TOOK CARE OF THE CHECK. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT HER. NOT because she took care of the check. She was very attentive before that happened. The waitress was nice. The food was GREAT.!
