My wife and I have gone there for many years. The last few times we have gone the service has been deadly slow and to be honest the place was more that half empty.nnWe were seated and could see the waitstaff at the pass. We could see food jamb packed sitting there for like 10 to 15 minutes with waitstaff standing right in front of it. There were no large tables of people waiting. I watched as they finally started bringing food out two plates of which were ours. DEAD cold.nnIt appears they have run off most of the great waitstaff. A few remain but most of the awesome ones are gone. This was the last straw for us.
STAY AWAY! Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. My husband has a very bad food allergy to garlic and his steak was covered in a garlic seasoning. After we realized it, my husband asked for it to be replaced since it was not advertised on the menu with garlic. We were there with family after the death of my sister and the fill in manager treated us very rudely and matter of factly said there was nothing he could do and walked off. Things got worse after trying to have a conversation with the owner Mike, who was as sarcastic as his inept employee.
Absolutely ud83dudcafwonderful!! Food was excellent and the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable.
Excellent waffles and eggs benedict this morning. Service was very fast as well.
I have not had a bad experience here. The food is always delicious! I’ve eaten here during breakfast and lunch. The servers are friendly and attentive!
