Albert and Michele were awesome! Great customer service, I told Albert what I had, what I wanted and he was quick to show us. Michele was very helpful and got me a better rate than my bank gave me. In and out in no time, highly recommend this team!!

I'm so unsatisfied with the whole customer service here.plus the mechanics that work here.we bought a Ford freestar from my in-laws.It was purchased some time back.We knew that we were gonna need to to some work on it .my husband did alot of different things to it. He figured out what the annitial issue was.the engine light and other issues ere fixed ran nicely. a few months later just stopped wouldn't go. hubby thought the computer needed to be flashed. so got in to this dealership. next morning my husband here it wasn't what we thought it was. I was the torque converter was the issue. It would be fixed under a recall for free. we felt relieved.well that was short lived cause they charged us $100 to put the old pcm back in even after we told them we were short on money and we could put it back in ourselves. It wasn't related to the work being done so it didn't have to be done by then as part of the service. The whole situation was a nightmare and we will never do business here again.

Certified car that the front bumper needed repair,they didn't want to fix it would discount the suv. But wanted to run my credit when I already had financing just wasn't a good experience

After dealing with the NORMAL Automotive Crooks being able to meet and work with the folks (specifically Mr. Steve Miller in the service area), you want a dealership that is honest, has integrity, compassion and morals Doenges Ford of Bartlesville, OK is by far the best in the business. Bought a 2018 Ford F-150 Super Crew Cab from an Automotive Dealership in the Tulsa area (not that any of them in Tulsa are worth a penny) which had some problems with the wiring. Called Mr. Miller on 03/08/2021, he gave me a couple fuses to check before making the trip to Bartlesviile (the fuses tested A-Ok). Took it to Mr. Miller and they found a loose connection feeling they found and fixed the problem, they sent me on my way.nnOnce back home the problem was still there (there was really no way of checking it until I hooked the trailer up).nnCalled Mr. Miller back on 09/09/2021 at 9am, he said I hate to have you have to bring the truck back in, the tech should have fixed this yesterday. So I drove back to Bartlesville. Mr. Miller got it right back to the tech. I was there about 30 minutes. Mr. Miller came to get me just shaking his head telling me ‘you are not going to believe what it was! It was that darn 25amp fuse that you checked yesterday, my tech checked it and it tested “not blowen” so he went ahead and changed it, tested the connection and it is working, I tested it myself, the connection is working. I am just so sorry you had to bring it back again’. I asked him what I owed them and he said “Nothing”, they never charged me a penny for either time and the truck was “sadly” not purchased from them. I will NEVER go to another dealership again…..nnYou can trust the folks at Doenges Ford, Mr. Miller said if anyone at Doenges Family of Autos ever treated customers with anything less than honesty and respect they would not be working there long at all. Thank you Mr. Williams Bradley Doenges and Doenges Family for such an honest business and running that business with old fashion family values like our great grand parents lived by!nnOne other thing every time ANY walked through the waiting room to or from New Car Showroom or Service Area, they would stop and ask each person if everything was ok, if they would like a bottle of water and if there was anything they could get for them. TALK ABOUT OUTSTANDING SERVICE!
