Nicole Little here at the Shawnee DHS was super helpful. She took the time out of her day to help me fix my case. Even when I couldn't get through to the office, she helped me through email! Thanks Nicole!

Lady at the front desk was not friendly but I did get my card quickly and there was no one else in there
