Pay your bill, no problems. Been there over 10 years.
The people at American Self Storage were incredibly helpful to me during s difficult COVID-19 moving time. Bonnie and Vince specifically were wonderful. Cannot recommend highly enough!
Bonnie is very personable, always has a smileand is ready to help. She is always out and about on the property working.
I have stored here for many years - other than Jeff (the first guy) who was great - it has steadily gone downhill since. Other than a few pleasantly rare exceptions since Jeff, this place has become very fee happy since then. After the pandemic, good luck ever getting a fee waived. They even create ways to charge you a late fee that really walks the line of being within reason or not. Each time there is a property management change (as of this writing it's Pamela) we wish for someone nicer, more lenient and empathetic but that remains to be seen. Pamela was at first but evidently that was just from being new. They need your late fees to help make up the $ they aren't making from empty units. I just wish they would realise if they would just give customers a break every so often that there may not be as many empty units anyway. Overall I'd say unless you enjoy fees and an across the board rent increase every once in a while, go somewhere you will be treated better.
Reasonable prices and very helpful staff.
