Friendly and clean atmosphere with many family activities including child watch. Nice full size basketball court and the swimming area is for all ages.
Loved this gym but when they changed out the treadmills they made a mistake. The ones they had before had virtual places to walk or jog through like LA , Pacific coast or even Australia and now they have the same old thing I can get down the street for half the price. All i can ask is why??!!
I go to the center often, warm staff, very clean. Great place to exercise and workout. I enjoy the pool and water walking.
I booked and paid for semi-private swim lessons for both my children in early May 2019, and waited late May 2019 for someone to contact me to schedule dates/times, but I was still not contacted to schedule lessons. I was FINALLY contacted on a Friday in July to schedule a lesson the next day but I was not able due to already having something scheduled. I continued to contact them until October to try to schedule a lesson with no response and I eventually gave up. I requested a refund but never got a response from YMCA. I was VERY disappointed!nnEdit: I was contacted by the new YMCA director and was refunded in full. They have tried everything possible to make this right.
We just moved back to Oklahoma from the west coast. I signed our family up and started going to classes. The teacher & other member are welcoming & engaging. The childcare program is staffed very well and is open from 8:30 to 11. The best thing is the pool! The kids wading area & lazy river is open from 8am to 8pm with lifeguards. I highly recommend this YMCA!
