Very professional.
We originally called about doing a 1 hour rental in the morning for a youth birthday party and we were told no issue with that day, time, etc. upon calling back to book they changed and said the price had increased and there was a minimum time now. They literally said it’s a waste of time for them. Needless to say we’ll be spending our money and giving our references to someplace else.
One of the limousines for this company hit my son’s car and the limousine is not insured (as required by law of course). The owner refuses to pay for the damages.nBeware. Getting in an uninsured car can end bad for what should be a good time.
Enjoyed our first experience with Paris. Jimmie took care of our booking personally. Meleke was our driver and was friendly and professional. Jimmie followed up following day to make sure our experience was favorable. No hidden fees or charges. Nothing but a favorable experience. Will use them again!
