The newly remodeling is great. The food is better and it was already good. Our waitress was so informative and really nice. A lot of places we go to just take our order and sometimes just bring it to us and then disappear. We took some friends with us and they were very impressed. We will definitely be going back.
Food is great, and atmosphere is fun and festive the new bar is a much added plus. There is one major problem and won't be returning any time soon, the staff is taking NO precautions with covid still climbing in numbers. There was not one person working wearing a face mask nor gloves. This PANDEMIC is real and when processes can be taking to reduce risk and are disregarded it makes it hard to enjoy the places you love.
Great food and better service
We enjoy the cuisine at Gonzalez every time we go. We went this latest time on a Friday evening, and they were packed, but seated us almost immediately. We had an appetizer of guacamole that was chunky style and fresh. I haven't had a dish i didn't enjoy at Gonzalez. I usually have fajitas, street tacos, chicken enchiladas, or Acapulco Chicken they serve margaritas also.
