Not sure why you make appointments you wait 45 mins just to get put in a room to wait again. People who's appointments are after your seen first and yes It happened to every time.

Multiple staff members without masks. No mask requirement to enter. Doctor asked invasive, inappropriate, and inconsequential questions regarding mental health. Wait times are incredibly long, both for an appointment and once arriving. Will literally drive across state lines before coming back.

Terrible! Customer service is grossly lacking. I was given the wrong prescription and received no cooperation in correcting it. What a waste of money!

Dr. Painter and staff are amazing!! I made the mistake of going to one of those box stores for my eye exam and glasses and regretted it. It will never happen again. Personal care and great service.

Dr. Painter is an experienced eye doctor we have used for many years. He is pleasant and has a wonderful staff to assist you in finding glasses you like.
