Lady freaking talking a lot when she knows people are waiting!!!! Talking things not related to her job description !!!!! Making people wait more!!!! She could have done in 5 to 10 mins but all her talking it takes 30 mins for one person to be done !!! People value their time !!!

Ridiculous!!! 34° degrees and sleeting outside, 2 customer limit! I ended up going to Wynnewood tag office 5 minutes and done..will be going there from now on!

Fast friendly service! I needed a replacement I.D. and was in and out in less than 8 minutes with 2 people in front of me!

i work on the same block as this agency. I see the folks who work there walking out to the street to with clients to help look for their vehicle information. They are kind and friendly. They even deliver homemade holiday treats to their neighbors. Having them there really enhances the community spirit of Pauls Valley.
