Jimmy Kamara, the sales manager Jim, and the finance manager Kendal were amazing to work with. I first reached out to Jim via text after seeing a car I was interested in on the website. He responded within a few minutes and was super responsive and easy to talk to. He set me up with Jimmy, who I met with the next day for a test drive. The whole process was seamless -- Jimmy was super friendly and set expectations for how long each step of the process would take. He even helped me move my personal stuff from my old car to the new one. From start to finish, I felt like everyone was being honest and transparent, which can be the hard part of buying or leasing a car. Everything was explained and illustrated on paper, and Jim started us off with an awesome deal that met my needs, leaving us to just work things out like everyday honest people. It was really refreshing. This was actually the most comfortable dealership experience I've had, and I typically buy or lease a new car every 3 years. Can't recommend them enough. Great team over there. Thank you all!

We have worked with Matthew in the service department a few times and he has been great! He always has a smile on his face and is so welcoming. Nobody wants to sit and wait to get their car worked on especially with a toddler and being 9 months pregnant but Matthew helps make things as easy as possible!

Great and trustworthy! The service manager is amazing with how he interacts with customers and employees. Always courteous and thorough. Can't go wrong with the service you receive here. Highly recommend.

Awesome dealership!! Just purchased a new car this past weekend. Hunter Means is one of the best car salesmen I’ve met. He wasn’t pushy and was very patient. Highly recommend this dealership and Hunter.

Everyone at Leith VW Cary was amazing. It took me a few months to make my purchase with Jonathan and he was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind through the entire process. I was never rushed or pressured, even in my dealings with management and the finance office. And I got the exact vehicle I wanted. I will definitely be back for my next V-Dub. THANK YOU JONATHAN!!!
