I absolutely had a wonderful experience. My car dealership person Demetry was amazing along with his other co workers that helped me along to purchase my vehicle. Everyone was so kind and funny. They made buying a new car fun and exciting. It was easy sailing and every question was answered. I’ll definitely be back in the future!
The salesman did an awesome job. He was very polite and knowledgeable about the vehicle. He answered all of my questions and was very courteous and respectful. His demeanor and personality was the deciding factor in my decision to purchase the GMC Terrain.nnMy disappointment was in the misleading sales advertisement for the vehicle. The advertisement had over $8,000 listed in incentives and rebates. However, once the purchase was made I only received $4,000 in rebates. This is in addition to having the additional upgrades on the vehicle added into the sales price although they were included on the sticker price. The vehicle I was shown and eventually purchased wasn’t the vehicle I scheduled an appointment to test drive. I was told the vehicle I Inquired about initially was still available but it wasn’t.nnYou have an excellent salesman working for the company. However, the company needs to stop the misleading advertising to draw customers into the business.
