Awesome folks to deal with. They are honest and helpful and not at all pushy. Dwight, our salesman, and Jeff, our financial closer, were absolutely great. I would hang out with either one outside of the car lot.

Absolutely, 5 star service in every facet of customer service. Kyle was very knowledgeable addressing my concerns immediately. He had a loaner available when I arrived for my service appointment. He was extremely personable by going the extra yard fixing my key, which was not on my repair list.

Just purchase a 2014 Cadillac ELR AND needed it checked out before I committed myself to it. Hendricks Kyle took me through the steps that they were going to be checking. And explain everything to me. I recommend that before you get a used car that you have it check out.

The sales agent, Curtis, was polite, knowledgeable, and we came to agreement to purchase the RAV4 fairly quickly.. We did test drive the car and found that a check engine light was on and the car would have to be put in the shop to find the problem. I told my sales agent, Curtis, that I wanted a copy of the shop work order to understand what the problem was and how it was resolved. That was on Thursday. The car wasn't available for pick up until Monday morning. I asked for the copy of the work order and was told that the Detail Shop had thrown it away and he would have to get another copy. I've reach out several times by email and still have not received a copy of the work order. When I asked what the check engine light indicated, I was told that he though it was a weak battery and they replaced the battery.nnAnother issue, when I received the Key FOB to the car, I was told that there was only one key. This was not disclosed to me until after the sale was closed. Replacing a Key FOB is very expensive and this should have been disclosed prior to the sale, or the dealership should have replaced the second key fob.nnI'm not happy with this Hendrick dealership and will not be buying another car there if these issues are not resolved.nnLarry
