“nGreat experience.n”nThe sales rep Caleb Chaney worked with my schedule, was professional, was willing to negotiate, got me a great rate, and now i have my truck. The only problem was the scratch on the side of it which they were willing to fix free of charge. If you want a great buying experience and a nice car. I highly recommend Hendricks Toyota. As our family is growing, decided to upgrade my Toyota Camry to an SUV. I had been researching on upgrades with the third row option. I knew I wanted to stay with the Toyota family because of the proven reliability from my oh so faithful Camry. I visited Hendrick Toyota in Apex because of the great reviews and that's where the car I was interested on was located. I was greeted by Aaron and had the pleasure of working with him thought out the buying process. He was very patient and gave thorough explanation of the features in MY new Highlander. I drive my cars to around the 150K mile mark and was needing to replace my aging 2012 Highlander soon. I had purchased it at another dealership, and while I loved the car, my buying experience with them had been less then stellar. So on a whim, I went out last Saturday to do a bit of shopping around. I went to another well-known place to get a written quote for my trade in, but they were swamped with customers on a Saturday and I preferred to go someplace that offered a better warranty on their vehicles.nnSo I went to Hendrick Toyota in Apex and met Tom McClay there. He's your friendly, next door neighbor, best friend's Dad type. Very easy to speak with and equally happy to tell you how much he enjoys his job and family. I told him I was in the market for a newer Highlander, so Tom took me right over to the row of used Highlanders on the lot, I picked one to test drive, liked it, and asked what they could do for a trade in.nnThey matched the other dealer's offer, gave me a good deal on basic maintenance (oil changes / tire rotations) for the next few years, and were generally very easy to work with. Although I waited a little longer to complete the paperwork than I anticipated, it was pretty painless. Tom and his finance manager arranged for my previously loan to be paid off with the balance of my trade-in applied to the new loan, and took care of all of the financing and title transfer paperwork. Within a few hours, I left with a newer vehicle that I'm very pleased with and will be referred friends and family to this dealership in the future, which I was very pleased with. I even get free car washes for as long as I own the vehicle... great job to Tom and great service from Hendrick Toyota of Apex!

I continue to take my car here for service as I know I can count on the work to be done right and receive A+ service. My service advisor (Evan Jones) is very knowledgeable, friendly, and makes sure each experience is a great one. I really liked that for my most recent service (new tires) that Evan was able to answer all my questions and help guide me to the best tires for my car and driving needs. There were a ton of choices and he could have steered me to the highest priced tires but he was more concerned with making sure I had the best tires for my needs. Will continue to come back and always be sure to have Evan take care of my service needs.
