Apex Car & Truck Sales

We visited the dealer this week while shopping for a car for my teenage children. I called ahead of time to see if the car we wanted to look at was available, and it was. I let the salesperson know we were traveling from about an hour away and we'd be there as soon as we could. As we were heading out to make the drive to the dealer, another salesperson called (as a courtesy to us) to let us know that another person was very interested in the vehicle and they were also on their way. He just wanted to let us know so we didn't make the drive only to find that the other person had purchased the car. We decided to head out anyway just in case that person didn't buy it. Once we arrived we found the staff to be EXTREMELY helpful and seemed to be very open and honest. As it turns out, we didn't get the car (the other customer was able to make a final decision before we were), but I was very impressed with the communication we received (before we visited and after) and the care that was taken with us while we were on the lot. After we left, the dealer called us once again to confirm that the car had, in fact, been sold (just so we wouldn't have to wonder if the other customer may have changed their mind or if their financing had fallen through). We are really hoping they have another car that fits our needs on the lot again very soon. We would love to buy from this dealer. It's rare to find a salesman that doesn't pressure you or make you second guess whether they're being honest and upfront. We had a great experience and hope to purchase from here one day soon!

Found this place from good reviews and now returning to write my own good review! As soon as I got there my experience was great. I got there earlier in the day around 12 and had to come back when my husband got off work at around 5:30-6. They close at 7, but they stayed late until the purchase was complete for us and I truly couldn’t thank them enough! Having a 5 month old it can be hard to get things done! I have had my vehicle for about two weeks and it’s better than I could have imagined. They took the time to make sure I had something I really wanted and made sure it was a good fit. Definitely a good place to go!

Excellent service. Purchased a 2019 Ram truck with 32,000 miles that looks like it came right off the showroom floor, with a great price. With the low mileage, trim package, price point, etc., I didn't see any other trucks in the market competitive with this. Would highly recommend Apex Car and Truck Sales to anyone looking for a used vehicle.

Michael was very nice, understanding, and helpful. This was my first car that I personally bought all on my own and my first time dealing with dealerships and they made the process very easy for me. Michael was honest and open and helped me find a car that best suited me without pressuring me. My family members have also bought cars from Apex Cars and Trucks previously. They were able to set up all the paperwork so that when i arrived in the morning, I just had to sign a few things (which were all explained to me in depth) and be on my way in about 15minutes. Highly recommend.
