I was greeted at the door by a very friendly female service adviser who asked how she could help me. And she directed me to another friendly female adviser who proceeded to ring me out and return my car expeditiously. Overall, this was a pleasant pickup service.nnHowever, the drop off for a scheduled appointment service wasn't too clear. When I drove up there were numerous cars in the first lane so I drove up in the second lane. There was a service attendant assisting in the first lane. After he finished with that customer, I quickly asked him was I to go into the building to the service department. He told me no and someone will come out. A very pleasant female adviser walked up to me with the paperwork for my service.

What's the point in scheduling an appointment to bring a truck in if your not going to fix that day!

Just bought a new F-150 XLT. My Salesman Sig was very nice and patient. He stayed with me throughout the process of selecting, negotiating and financing my truck. He was there when I picked it up a week later and made sure I understood all the new features including the phone application which is awesome! Great dealership. I highly recommend them....

Awesome customer service rep she honestly explained the last mechanic there who informed me & rated my brake pads was wrong and I didn’t need to replace them after all. Recommended what 100,000 miles maintenance I needed & the order of importance w/ future dates to take care of. Very thorough, very knowledgeable and most of all honest.

Cross roads is absolutely amazing. We moved into the area recently and our Ford lease from NY died but Cross Road answered and came to tow it right away and fix it all under the lease warranty. When my wife went to pick the car up, she was given the chance to test drive the Expedition Platinum and fell in love. She spoke to Chris and told him I’ll be calling from New York. Called him up, Told him what we wanted and was able to structure the deal how I wanted. He was available to answer all questions promptly even late and early texts. Absolutely locking him in my phone as our lease guy for all future leases! Recommend you see Chris !
