We were skeptical about driving 2 hours for a vehicle but it was well worth it! We were greeted by Manny who was excellent! Manny not pushy or overbearing like most Car lots! He was very patient with us and let us check out everything on the lot that we thought we may even be interested in! He was very knowledgeable, and helpful! We trade vehicles every year to two years and will be doing business with them again! Apex imports and Manny went above and beyond our expectations! Great prices and excellent customer service! Manny is definitely an asset to apex imports! We will definitely be recommending Manny and apex imports to all out family and friends!

My family and I had a wonderful experience with a sales associate, Liam Mahoney at Apex Imports. He was patient with us and we felt like we had known him forever. Liam really listened to what was important and aimed to address everything. I left thinking my heart was set on another vehicle and visited another dealership. The sales associate there was able to offer exactly what I wanted but I returned to Apex Imports. The difference between the experiences was Liam had outstanding customer service and he exceeded what I wanted and what was important to us. The cost and trade would have been the same at either dealership. Liam actually produce more value for my dollars by overproducing what I wanted.nnMatter of fact the whole experience was absolutely amazing from the initial interaction to the manager who stopped by the desk to welcome us and to reassure that we had a competent reliable sales associate. He also offered assistance should we find anything not to our liking. Lastly the finance manager was knowledgeable and reinforced my satisfaction with my choice and the value of my purchase. I would advise anyone to consider Apex Imports for high quality vehicles and customer service to match.

After going to many dealerships trying to find the right car we landed upon Apex Imports, we had in mind the car we were going for and Elie definitely made our experience much more delightful. Here we weren't hassled on any decisions, which made us feel much better about purchasing from them. I had left my sunglasses in the vehicle that we had traded in and Elie had contacted me informing me about it. All around a pleasant experience as far as buying a car goes.

We had a very positive experience at Apex Imports. Jacques Michel was extremely professional, accommodating, and courteous. He made the car buying experience very pleasant. He even called us a couple of days later to follow-up and thank us for buying a car with them. Additionally, Andrew, the Service Manager, was kind, honest, and knowledgeable. He took time to answer our questions fully. We would definitely return and recommend Apex Imports to other buyers.

Elie was very good. Helpful, patience, understanding and he worked with me. The best sales person I've ever did business with!!!! I would recommend anyone to ask for him. He also made sure no one brought my vehicle in a weeks time. He is trustworthy!!!!!! Ask for Elie here at Apex imports.
